The warranty is valid for one year from the date of purchase.
Payments should be made via wire transfer directly to our designated bank account. Unless stated otherwise, all transactions will be processed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Orders must be paid in full, with 100% of the payment required upfront before processing.
After the product is shipped, we will maintain contact with you, issue an invoice, and send a confirmation email with a receipt once the payment is completed.
A signed agreement is required to access our price list. We uphold a strict non-disclosure and confidentiality policy, ensuring that the price list provided is for your company’s exclusive use and may not be shared without our consent.
Changes to Terms and Policies
IceMaker reserves the right to amend any terms or policies regarding our site or products. Any changes will be communicated to you in advance to ensure clarity and transparency.

Ownership and Use of Equipment
All equipment purchased and fully paid for by the CLIENT will be the exclusive property of the CLIENT.
Return/Refund Policy
Products eligible for return or replacement must be claimed within 30 days of delivery. Returned products will incur a 40% restocking fee, along with any additional charges for necessary inspections, refurbishing, or reworking. The client is responsible for the cost of shipping both ways.
