Order Placement

Our Product Specialist will provide a formal, computer-generated price quotation. Price confirmation can be made using any communication medium, including email. As our products are quoted based on availability, please confirm the quoted price, terms, and conditions before placing an order. A hard copy of the confirmation must also be collected. A 100% upfront payment is mandatory after placing the order.

Warranty Conditions

The warranty is valid from the date of purchase for a period of one year.

Shipping

We will ship the equipment/product once the 100% payment has been received. A detailed invoice will be sent along with a confirmation email, outlining the price, freight charges, and any additional applicable charges.

Transition Period

After the product is shipped, we will maintain contact, and an invoice will be issued. A confirmation email will be sent to verify the order and provide a receipt once payment has been completed.

A signed agreement is required before any price lists are disclosed. We have a strict non-disclosure and confidentiality policy to ensure that the price list provided is for your company's exclusive use and must not be shared without our consent.
